This will probably be funnier to me than to anyone who reads this, but earlier this week, Niko insisted on putting his shorts on all by himself. He hasn’t quite mastered the one-leg-in-each-hole concept yet. When I tried to help him fix the problem, he let me know in no uncertain terms that he preferred his way. He spent the rest of the evening in one leg of his shorts, which resulted in his legs functioning as if he were wearing a mini-skirt. To top it off, he kept adding to the outfit. He found a pair of Papa’s socks in the clean laundry I was folding and pulled them on. Finally, he decided he needed Papa’s Keens (sandals) to complete the effect.I know these aren’t the best pictures, but they’re enough to bring back my chuckles from that afternoon. What a silly boy!
So funny. I'm glad that you document cute little stories like this because when your kids get older, they will love to hear about the crazy things they used to do!
