Brandon, Michael, and I have all had a black belt education, courtesy of Sensei Kathy Faust. She continues to be an excellent role model and friend of our family. It was fun to go into the studio and take a class. Ashton got to throw Brandon and I got to be thrown by my orange-belt partner. It was also good to see old friends.
