Troublemakers

I'll spare you the shots from the front. This evening, Friday April 24th, gave me a keen appreciation for my little sister, Aria. It showed me what a good babysitter she is. Here we have the maman, allowing her children enough solitude to strip naked in our backyard...




After we came inside and got all cleaned up, I gave the boys their milk and got them into their PJs. I realized I hadn't eaten dinner, so I made myself a piece of toast. Knowing they would want some, too, I made an extra piece and gave them each half. I then left them at the table (big mistake) and took my piece in to the office to check my email while I ate. I was gone less than 4 minutes, I swear. I heard Niko giggling and Sam complaining his "I'm being harrassed" whine. I came back into the kitchen to find Niko had dumped about 4 cups of Dee's cereal (a hearty oatmeal blend) from the fridge on top of Sam. Thus insued another hour before I could get the boys down for the night. The joys of motherhood... that'll teach me not to give them alone time right before bed!
