"Pee dodo"

For the last couple of weeks, Niko has been saying something we couldn't decipher. It would happen at seemingly random times. Now I get it. He was saying "pee dodo." That is his current word for "petit gateau," which means "cookie." When he said it right before bed, he was stalling, knowing that I would want him to eat something. Because we made the connection of that word this afternoon, I had to give him several animal cookies. And how could I resist his sweet requests, complete with "s'il te plait!" ("please")? :)

  1. So, I think you should include English translation in your blogs too!

I have some wonderful cleaner that just might get that marker off. It was able to take permanent marker off of Alicia's table, with out ruining the varnish, paint what have you!

  2. Oh yeah, and the cleaner is "ALL NATURAL," so safe you could drink it! So, you wouldn't have to worry about the eyes! :)

  3. Sorry about that. I forgot to translate. "Petit gateau" means "cookie." :)

Thanks for the recommendation on the cleaner. I'm definitely open to suggestions! I'll have to try it out. I used a couple of disposable pads from Everyday Living called Erase It. My aunt generously bought them for me. They worked pretty well, but not so much on the permanent marker. Let me know - I'll try just about anything!
